Office Policies

Appointments:

Any appointment you make is set aside especially for you. As a courtesy to our office, and to other patients, we would appreciate at least 48 hours prior notice for appointment cancellations or changes. We’re aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. For excessive missed appointments, we reserve the right to dismiss you from the practice.

Payment:

Payment is due at the time services are rendered. Our office accepts Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money Orders or Registered Checks. Care Credit (financing) may also be available to you based on planned treatment and approval. If special arrangements are needed, please talk with our Financial Coordinator prior to receiving any planned treatment. Since ours is the only dental practice in Central Brevard county which offers Quality Dental Plan (QDP), consider this an excellent option if you don’t have traditional dental insurance.

Insurance:

We’re happy to file insurance claim forms on your behalf, but would like to emphasize that our relationship is with you, not with your insurance company. We can provide an estimate of your insurance benefits for any planned treatment. Those estimates are generally very close to what is eventually paid on the claim.

There may be cases where lower benefits are applied, or even denied. In these cases please be aware that ultimately you will be fully responsible for fees associated with services rendered. Any balance which remains on your account 60 days after services becomes due and payable by you immediately.

If you do have dental insurance for which you pay the premiums, you may want to strongly consider dropping it in favor of Quality Dental Plan (QDP) and start saving!
